Each exam will be worth 100 points. The final exam (10:00AM Thursday, Dec. 19) will be semi-comprehensive and will be worth 150 points, and the lab will be worth 200 points. Four 5-point assignments will be distributed throughout the semester, and there will be a short report worth 25 points. The final grade in the course will be based on the total points (700 possible). There will be one required field trip (5 points) tentatively set for Saturday morning, Oct. 19.
